We support Gramophone (GP), Airtel, Banglalink, Citycell, Robi, Taletalk,  Banglalion, ollo, Qubee and we are adding up more.

How much I can be transaction  by my mobile banking?

Currently you can transaction maximum 10,000 Taka and  Minimum 50 Taka at a time, daily 5 times.

How much I can load to my mobile?

Currently you can request maximum 1000 Taka (Taletalk 5000 Taka), Minimum 20 Taka For Pre-Paid and 50 Taka For Post-Paid .

Which payment system you support for recharging, billing, Form Fill-up, Job Application, Wimax Bill Payment?

You can use bKash Walet, DBBL Mobile banking, MPAY, Islame Bank and Dutch Bangla bank and Brack Bank.

What about International Credit or Debit card Support?

Recently we can not support any Credit or Debit Card for Payment, It is processing.

I have balance in my Account but my payment is failed?

This type of problem you face because of may be the bank not approve your Sim Card for banking transaction. To solve this problem you need to contact with your Mobile bank Customer care bkash#16247, DBBL#16216, MPAY #16225, or Physically go to your desire nearest Bank .

How much we charged for online recharge?

We charged 3 taka For More then (20-50), 2 taka for (60 up to 5000) Taka Load Amount and For Less then 50 Taka we charge 3 Taka Flat Rate, For process a request. Like If you want to load 100 Taka then you need to pay 102 Taka or If you want to Load 20 Taka then you need to pay 23 Taka.

How much we charged for online Transaction?

We charged 1% for any Mobile Banking Transaction and 2% for Bank Transaction.

I made the payment but later I found that my info is wrong?

When a wrong combination is submitted we inform you instantly and not give you the permission to pay until information is perfect.  If you made a mistake our system notify us after your payment. So we take action as soon as possible. We will appreciate, if you email us support@paybd24.net or call 04475 - 33 44 55 Or 01777-51 74 74 instantly for more quick support. if you mistake with number then we have nothing to do because when you complete the payment the load or transaction request will proceed instantly. This cannot be reverse.
